As a newcomer to the area, I was impressed by his deep knowledge of Big Canoe's assets and attributes, which I found very valuable . I listed my requirements in a home and Steve went to work, identifying several candidates, and arranged viewings in short order. But what I like even more is Steve's responsiveness to my queries, either by phone or text, and his proactive approach to following up on matters. His long time experience in Big Canoe is also an enormous time saver. Regardless of which service I wanted to delve into, be it septic, floors, roofing, landscaper, arborist, and many others, Steve knows a company that has a good reputation and can help. Steve found the perfect home for me, checking all the boxes, and then some. Throughout the purchase cycle I was confident Steve was acting in my best interest. I can't recommend Steve highly enough. There are many realtors in this business, and many are diligent and hard working, but you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't choose to work with Steve. This app allows me to rate from one to five stars. Steve, in my book, you merit 6 stars.
